HydroLite Hydrogen Water is an effervescent tablet that you dissolve in drinking water. Tablets and hydrogen-generating bottles are different products; use the directions supplied with your specific product.

Hydrogen water is drinking water containing dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂). This is different from the hydrogen already bound to oxygen in a water molecule.

We do not promise a particular health result or a time by which you will feel a change. Research on hydrogen water should not be read as proof that this particular product will produce the same results.

A tablet is a convenient way to prepare hydrogen water without charging a device. Compare ingredients, directions, price per serving and the format that suits your routine.

Compare the number of servings, ingredients, preparation instructions and total cost. A concentration number alone does not establish a health benefit.

Concentration describes the amount of dissolved hydrogen at the time of measurement. Preparation, water volume and time before measurement matter when comparing test results.

There is no promised timeline or guaranteed noticeable effect. Follow the product label rather than increasing your serving to try to obtain a result.

The tablet fizzes when added to water and releases molecular hydrogen. Follow the preparation directions on the package and allow the tablet to dissolve before drinking.

PPB means parts per billion. 12,000 PPB equals 12 PPM when both use the same measurement basis. A quoted concentration needs preparation and test conditions to be meaningful; it is not a medical dose or proof of effectiveness. Contact us for documentation relevant to your product.

Tablets are used once per serving. Hydrogen-generating bottles are reusable devices that require charging and care. Follow the instructions for the particular tablet or bottle model you own.

Follow the water quantity, temperature and serving directions on the current package. Let the tablet dissolve fully and prepare it when you intend to drink it. Do not swallow an undissolved tablet.

Use safe drinking water and follow the package instructions. A hydrogen tablet does not replace water treatment or make unsafe water safe to drink.

The current tablet is raspberry flavoured. Check the ingredient list on your package if you have a dietary preference or ingredient sensitivity.

Ask your healthcare professional before using a supplement if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or are nursing. Show them the complete ingredient label. Do not replace prescribed treatment with hydrogen water.
