If we can't repair it, we'll send you a full replacement unit- just pay for the shipping.

What's Covered? We've got you covered for anything that could happen to your HydroLite™:

Glass breakage? We'll fix it.

Battery not charging? We'll replace it.

Developed a leak? We'll repair it.

Stops generating H2? We'll get it back to bubbling.

What's Not Covered? While we've got your back for most mishaps, a few things aren't covered:

Lost or misplaced? We can't help there.

Stolen or theft? Unfortunately, no.

Improper use? Let's keep it safe and sound.

Free international shipping with duties and taxes prepaid so you do not have to pay any shipping, duties and taxes! Estimated shipping time 6-13 days depending on the destination country. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us on our "CONTACT US'' page on our website. Once your return is accepted we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
